Meeting House Montessori School and Casa dei Bambini Children’s Center uses Streamline Maintenance Group for all of our property maintenance needs and gives it an unqualified recommendation.  Streamline can do just about anything and do it well. For example, they have planted trees and performed other landscaping work on our properties, designed and installed a parking lot, run underground utilities, fixed our runoff and drainage problems, enlarged and paved our driveway, plows and sands our parking lots. When our schools have maintenance needs or a problem we always call Streamline first. Streamline has competitive rates and provides a host of exceptional services.

You have recently completed installation of Verizon FiOS cable in our condominium community.  I
acted as the representative between your company, the Board of Trustees, and residents of
Stonehedge Farm Condominium.

I would like to commend you and your staff for the excellence of your work and customer service.
The Board of Trustees and residents have been particularly impressed with your:

• attention to our concerns such as impact on roads, yards, and the underground sprinkler
  system
• special consideration to our unique property - an upscale town home community with
  extensive, landscaped grounds
• availability to us for ongoing consultation about issues and plans for the fiber layout and
  follow-through with agreements reached
• speed of deployment without sacrifice of quality of work
• minimal impact on residents leading to extensive positive feedback from residents
• excellent crew chief who was always cooperative and easy to work with - we had access
  to him at all times and felt confident with his presence on-site for the entire project,
  paying personal attention and involvement while considering the needs of residents.

  The installation of FiOS cable has truly been a positive experience for our condominium
  community. We have looked forward to having Verizon high speed Internet/TV and phone
  service but feared that the installation would be a disruptive experience. This was definitely not
  the case and we wish to extend our thanks for the excellent services provided.

Paul Revere Village, in Millbury MA would like to thank Streamline Maintenance Group for their work installing the Verizon FIOS wiring infrastructure throughout our community. PRV is a self maintained neighborhood of 98 single family townhouses, so Streamline’s work was no small task. Given that all of PRV’s infrastructure is underground, Streamline mapped and marked all electrical and cable lines so the digging crew would not hit them.



The biggest obstacle on the project was the extremely rocky soil in our neighborhood. Even still, the Streamline crew finished laying all the lines short of two weeks – and this included digging, laying cable, filling the trenches, hauling out large rocks, blocks of pavement and other debris. In that time, they also patched the cut pavement and cleared the site of all markers. To complete the job, they returned to PRV to loam and seed the ground that was dug – Streamline did great work in a short amount of time.



Beyond their excellent work in the ground, Streamline provided us superior customer service – they were easy to reach on the phone, easy to talk to on the site and explained the entire process to us. In short, Streamline is prepared, skilled and courteous – Paul Revere Village thanks them for their hard work!

You recently completed Verizon FiOS cable installation as a subcontractor for White Mountain Cable at our town home community in North Andover, Ma. and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.  Your attention to detail and minimal impact on our residents far surpassed our expectations.  What was most impressive was the speed at which this large project was completed while in no way sacrificing quality.

 

Generally large projects like this one come with many disruptions and often leave property managers, staff and residents somewhat walking on eggshells waiting for problems to arise.  Much to our delight not one issue arose.  I cannot thank you and your team enough for the professional and speedy manner in which all work was accomplished.
